We are now looking for a Business Administrator for the Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering. As a business administrator, you mainly work with reviewing travel invoices, purchases and the department's diary and registry, but you also support the department as a whole. Other tasks may occur. In your role, you will have a lot of contact with the head of department and subject representatives and you will act as a contact person between the central and the department. You will be part of an administrative unit of 28 staff. The administrative unit is a common resource for the entire department with the aim of providing administrative support to the department's head of department, heads of department and staff. You will be part of a university-wide network together with other departmental administrators. You will work together to develop and maintain common procedures and working methods. Qualifications Requirements: - At least a high school diploma. - Proven experience in administrative work. - Computer literate with a good command of a wide range of computer-based administrative tools. - Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English. - Ability to establish good contacts with different stakeholders. Meritorious: - Experience in HR work. - Experience in similar tasks within a public authority. Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes great responsibility for their work tasks and has an interest in developing routines and working methods. You have good collaboration skills, a great sense of service and a good sense of order. The role involves collaboration with many different parties, and we will place great emphasis on your ability to meet teachers, researchers and management in situations where you periodically work under time pressure. Scope and location The position is until further notice with access as soon as possible, full-time with location in Luleå. A probationary period may be applied.
