We are now looking for a financial administrator for the university's business support. The position is a permanent position at the Accounting and Financial Control unit, which is the university's central financial function. The unit is responsible for, among other things, the university's financial accounting and financial administrative processes as well as the management of the university's financial system. The unit prepares, among other things, planning assumptions, budget documents and annual reports. As a financial administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial work such as accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations and user support on various issues. You will also handle record keeping, claims management, financial system registrations and internal controls. You will collaborate with and support the different processes within the unit. Tasks will vary according to current needs. Qualifications The position requires a minimum of an upper secondary school diploma in economics, a few years' experience in financial administration and a good knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. If you have worked for a few years with accounts receivable and accounts payable, it is a merit, as well as if you have experience of support and user support. Good knowledge of Excel is also a merit. We attach great importance to your personal qualities, which are characterized by good collaboration skills and a great sense of service. You are outgoing, work independently, have a structured approach and are a driver of change. You take great responsibility for your work tasks and are used to taking your own initiatives. Scope and location We are looking for a financial administrator for permanent full-time employment with a location in Luleå. Access by agreement. Possibility of remote work up to 40 percent.
