The HR department consists of 20 dedicated and competent individuals who together are responsible for the strategic and operational HR work within the university and provide professional and qualified support in the HR and payroll area. We are now looking for a deputy HR specialist who will focus on competence supply. About the position In this role, you will be part of a team that works together to provide the university with skills. You will be responsible for your own area and support managers and employees in the business. You will manage and handle recruitment cases both within the academy and the operational support. For employment within the academy, the recruitment process is handled in a special system via an employment committee. Another part of this role is to be involved in other projects and strategic initiatives that are ongoing in the HR department. My name as your manager is Tommy Viklund. Qualifications You have an academic degree in human resources or another degree deemed relevant to the position and experience working in the field of human resources. You have good written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have experience of government recruitment and of administrative and coordinating tasks. As a person, you enjoy working both in the short and long term with skills supply. You thrive on working in different types of processes and can hold and drive a work despite the fact that the processes can be lengthy. Other qualities that will help you succeed in this role are being clear, patient and good at meeting different types of people. You have a positive attitude and see opportunities for development. Scope and location We are looking for a HR specialist for a full-time temporary position for 12 months based in Luleå, with the possibility of extension. Start in May 2025 or as agreed.
