We are now looking for a manager for the IT department's Enterprise Architecture and Service Development unit. Here you will have the opportunity to develop our services and shape the IT department of the future, working closely with the business and focusing on forward movement. About the role As Head of Enterprise Architecture and Service Development, you will play a central role in ensuring that the university's IT support meets both current and future business requirements. You will be part of the IT department's management team, where we run a creative and forward-looking organization with short decision paths. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing the people within our delivery teams, where collaboration with system owners, object owners and management leaders is essential. - Ensuring that the University's IT service portfolio is developed and managed to meet business needs. - Drive the development of IT systems management and coordinate changing ways of working to meet new digitalization opportunities. - Strengthen our IT delivery with a focus on innovation, sustainability and adaptable services for research and education. In this role, you will be a hands-on leader who supports and challenges staff to develop both their ways of working and delivery. You work proactively, drive change and prioritize sustainable solutions that bring real value to the business. You will report directly to the Head of IT/CIO. Qualifications To succeed in the role, we look for you to have: - An academic degree in IT or equivalent experience deemed equivalent. - Several years of experience in running and managing operations in IT. - Solid experience in Enterprise Architecture in large organizations. - Knowledge of development, systems management and IT operations. - Experience in change management and implementing new ways of working. - A coaching, inclusive and prestigious leadership.
