We are now looking for a librarian at Luleå University of Technology. The University Library's mission is to support research and education by providing scientific information resources, making the university's research results visible and disseminated, and supporting student learning. You will be part of the library's research support where you help researchers to store, document and publish research data and you also review and publish other research information in the university's publication database. The work also includes coordinating and planning our library support for research staff and medical students on behalf of Region Norrbotten. Other tasks may also be relevant depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in library and information science or equivalent
- Good IT skills
- Interest and/or experience in research and scholarly communication
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate pedagogically
Meritorious:
- Experience in similar tasks, e.g. research support, research data management or scientific publishing
Scope and location
We are looking for a librarian for permanent full-time employment based in Luleå. Probationary employment may be applied.
