About the role As a Project Manager with us, you will play a central role in our journey of change. You will work closely with business support department heads to implement strategic initiatives. The aim is to ensure that our projects are not only delivered on time and within budget, but also contribute to sustainable and positive development. You will be part of a professional team of project managers and change leaders working towards common goals. The role belongs to the Development Office of the Business Support Service, whose mission is to promote internal development within the University. With your skills and experience, you will help drive the development work forward and address the challenges that arise to create real value for the business. Qualifications Requirements: - University degree deemed relevant to the position, or equivalent acquired experience deemed equivalent. - Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. - Good knowledge of English. Meritorious: - Experience in project management, business development or change management in the public sector or larger organizations. Scope and location The position is a permanent full-time position based in Luleå. Probationary period may be applied. The service is taken up according to agreement.
