You are welcome to apply for the position of Administrator in the Education and Research Planning Unit. Administrators in the unit ensure well-functioning decision support to management at various levels in matters relating to education and research. As an administrator in our unit, you will be part of a team responsible for the preparation of matters related to doctoral education and quality. The team is responsible, for example, for issues relating to overall planning and follow-up of the activities, issues regarding quality including internal and external evaluations, preparation of routine matters linked to doctoral education, external analysis, referral management and managing and developing processes, methods and routines to ensure the quality of the activities. Qualifications We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree. A doctoral degree, preparation and administration of doctoral education issues and quality work in the higher education sector are meritorious. The work requires good analytical skills, commitment, accuracy and structure. You are expected to be able to cooperate well with your immediate colleagues, representatives of departments and other functions, and to be service-oriented and responsible for your own affairs. The work is often long-term and involves extensive decision-making processes, which requires stamina and drive, while the pace of work may vary throughout the year. The position requires good communication skills and that you can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. Scope and location The position is a permanent full-time position based in Luleå. Access according to agreement. Probationary period may be applied.
