The Department of Health, Education and Technology provides education at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate level. The department provides education to nurse, radiographer, specialist nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist and bachelor's degree in health guidance and psychology. The department conducts research and postgraduate education in the subjects of occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, medical technology and psychology. We are now looking for a lecturer with a specialization in radiography who can teach on the X-ray nursing program and the nursing program. Radiography is an interdisciplinary field of knowledge that draws knowledge mainly from nursing, imaging and functional medicine, radiation physics and medicine. Nursing with a specialization in radiography involves all four areas and the relationship between them. Duties and responsibilities The position as a lecturer in radiography means that you have course responsibility, teach, supervise and examine X-ray nursing students at the undergraduate level. Teaching on other programs, mainly the nursing program, may occur. Activity-integrated learning (VIL), which includes clinical placements, simulation, laboratory work and seminars, is an important part of the teaching. You will meet students here at the university and via online platforms. Qualifications Qualified to be employed as a lecturer are those who: - Is a licensed radiology nurse - Demonstrated pedagogical skills - Completed a course in higher education pedagogy equivalent to 7.5 credits or otherwise acquired equivalent knowledge Other assessment criteria (weighted equally): - Have clinical experience as an X-ray nurse - experience in teaching - have good interpersonal skills, social skills and the ability to work independently - be able to teach in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) and/or English Information to be provided The grade is 50% and a temporary position of 1 year with the possibility of extension.
