We are looking for an Education Administrator for the Department of Health, Education and Technology in Luleå. You will be part of an administrative team of 23 employees led by a Head of Unit. As an education administrator, you work to support management, teachers and students in educational administrative issues. The work involves exercising authority and processing, among other things, admission, credit transfer, exams, degree projects and grade reporting. The work also includes administration and management of educational planning, postgraduate education, contract education. You will belong to a network with education administrators from the university's other departments where you work to develop and maintain common routines and working methods. Qualifications Requirements: - At least a high school diploma. - Proven experience in administrative work. - Good computer skills and ability to work in several different administrative IT systems. - Very good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. Meritorious: - University degree. - Experience of working in a university or college. - Experience of educational administration systems such as Canvas, Epok and/or Ladok. Personal qualities: We are looking for you who have good collaboration skills and a strong sense of service. You are structured, thorough and have a good sense of order. At the same time, you are self-driven, take great responsibility for your work tasks and enjoy developing routines and working methods. As the tasks are varied, you need a high degree of flexibility and the ability to cooperate with different actors. You are also good at establishing and maintaining good relations with different stakeholders. As the role involves a lot of contact with students, teachers and management, it is important that you thrive in a service-oriented role and can handle periods of high workload in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Great importance will be attached to your personal qualities. Scope and location The position is a full-time, permanent position based in Luleå. Access according to agreement.
