About the position:
We are looking for a committed and qualified counselor with experience working with young adults. You will be an important part of our team, helping to support and develop our students.
Qualifications
- Qualified social worker or equivalent qualification deemed relevant by the employer.
- Experience of working with young adults.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively, both in teams and independently.
- Experience working with counseling and information interventions, both individually and in groups, digitally and through face-to-face meetings.
- Flexible and open to testing, evaluating and developing new ways of working.
- Ability to assess mental health and provide relevant support based on the student's needs.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge and experience of working with preventive interventions for young adults around mental health.
Personal qualities

Scope and location
The position is open-ended and will start as soon as possible. A probationary period may be applied. The position is full-time and based in Luleå.
