About the role The role of CEO and Management Assistant involves assisting and supporting the CEO, Chairman of the Board and Group Management with administrative tasks such as calendar bookings, coordination of travel, meetings and practical planning. Preparations for meetings, conferences and similar activities are part of the daily work. Together with the Chairman and the CEO, you prepare the agenda for upcoming board meetings within the group companies. You will prepare presentation material, take minutes of Board meetings, distribute documents and ensure that mandatory controls are risk assessed and reported. Your task is to compile material at an overall level for the Board and support the CEO on an ongoing basis in the daily administrative work. An important task is to administer and support the Group Management in following up the activities of the Board. You plan meetings on the basis of what has been decided and report on the items for which you are responsible. In addition, you will ensure the group's internal control and assist in the ongoing work on this. Your role also includes being part of these project groups in appropriate development projects, where cooperation with others internally will be an important part. You will be part of the Governance & Sustainability group, reporting to the Head of Department. You as a person To fit into the role, you have the ability to both see a whole and at the same time the details required to deliver on the whole. You need to be able to plan for and manage multiple issues and processes running in parallel. You are confident in your own ability to handle the tasks you are faced with and enjoy working under varying conditions that sometimes require you to reprioritize. You have a high service mindset and ensure that you facilitate and support the Board and Group Management in their work related to various tasks and goals by being visible and accessible. You communicate and convey information clearly and easily, both orally and in writing. The mix of tasks, high and low, is something you thrive on. The role requires a high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and trust. Qualifications We would like you to have a relevant post-secondary education, preferably in economics, communication or political science, or alternatively you have several years of work experience with similar tasks as this position involves. Previous experience in the public sector is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you are an experienced user of the Office package. A B driving license for the position is a requirement.
