About the role
The project department within Luleå Energi Elnät is responsible for the execution of investment and reinvestment projects. Our assignments range from new, rebuilding and extension of power grids and stations, to major customer connections and coordination with other community actors.
The role involves designing, planning and coordinating new connections and customer-initiated changes to the electricity network. You produce technical documentation, quotes and agreements, and act as a technical advisor with coordination responsibility in the dialog with customers, installers, contractors and colleagues internally.

You as a person
The role requires a combination of technical and communication skills. You need to be able to work independently, make technical assessments and at the same time have a good dialog with both customers and colleagues. You are structured, solution-oriented and confident in coordinating multiple actors towards common goals.
Qualifications
For the role, we look for you to have:
- University degree in electrical power, electrical engineering or equivalent field
- (or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent)
- A few years of experience in electricity distribution, connection matters or similar technical role
- Good understanding of electricity network structure and customer interface
- B-driving license and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both oral and written
Meritorious:
- Experience of working with NIS/GIS systems or other network information systems
- Knowledge of the Electricity Act, the Energy Markets Inspectorate's regulations and connection processes
- Authorization AL or A
