As a Digitalization Leader, you will have an important role in our transition. With your experience and skills, you will inspire and support our businesses with their specific digital needs and develop our digital business and customer-specific services. You will lead digital transformation projects, conduct requirements and needs analyses and, together with the department, drive strategic plans to move Luleå Energi in the field of digitization. You need to have the ability to see both the strategic perspective as well as the operational one. As a person, you appreciate the dialog with other people and are skilled at collaborating, building relationships and communicating in a clear and educational way. In this role, you will work closely with our Business Developers, Operations Developers, IT department and Security department. We would like you to have experience in developing and delivering digital solutions through roles such as project manager, IT architect, IT strategist, business developer or similar. To succeed, we expect you to have a relevant academic degree or equivalent knowledge and several years of professional experience. If you have a background in the energy sector, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is essential.
