Specialist Support within Luleå Energi Elnät is a department that supports Elnät's operations with various competencies in both operational and strategic work. The department is responsible for, among other things, overall electrical safety work and safety issues in the work environment, environment, personal and plant protection. We work closely with Elnät's other operations and within the Group and offer specialist expertise in areas such as electrical safety, emergency preparedness, training, electrical cooperation, insurance, tariffs and general safety. About the role In the role of Electricity Network Strategist, you are responsible for planning, implementing and adapting Electricity Network's activities at a strategic level based on current requirements and external developments. The role is placed under the Specialist Support department and you report directly to the Head of Department. Your main tasks: - Strategic and consultative support within Electricity Networks on issues related to pricing, revenue frameworks, tariffs, network regulation, regulatory issues and similar - Collect facts, compile different types of reports and act as a contact person towards authorities and other external actors - Participate as an expert in various development projects that affect electricity networks - Active external monitoring in various networks and industry organizations on relevant issues - Present relevant and prioritized information to management teams and other electricity network organizations and come up with suggestions and ideas for improvements - The work will involve many contact areas such as within our business, the Group, other electricity network companies and authorities Education and qualifications For the role, we look for the following qualifications: - University degree in a field relevant to the position or equivalent experience acquired in another way that we consider equivalent - Good insight into electricity network operations and previous work experience in or closely related to electricity network operations - Have experience or understanding of network regulation, tariffs, regulations, report compilation or regulatory reporting - Experience of working with business and financial systems - Good digital skills - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Who are you?
