Operation & Management Local Network within Luleå Energi Elnät is responsible for the 0.4-20 kV network, contingency planning, operation and maintenance plans and preventive and remedial maintenance. Our assignments range from operating reserves, supply management, new connections and electricity network storage, which ensures a reliable and efficient network. About the role As Group Manager, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance, as well as the management and development of our local network 0.4-20 kV and associated facilities and properties. You will lead a team of distribution electricians in operations and maintenance. The role includes budget, personnel and health and safety responsibilities. Your responsibilities You will ensure that we comply with applicable safety, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and that operations and employees develop in accordance with the business plan and individual objectives. You will ensure that we maintain and follow up short and long-term maintenance plans. You are responsible for monthly follow-up and reporting to the head of department regarding personnel, operations, finances and deviations. You are responsible for creating a learning organization with redundancy within the work group and that you work to develop and maintain a good climate of cooperation within your work group as well as with other departments. You as a person You understand business strategies and priorities, and apply this knowledge to achieve objectives. You develop short and long-term plans that are comprehensive and realistic. You relate to others in an open and accepting way, preferably by promoting and developing the ideas of others. You have a good knowledge of Swedish with good communication skills in both speech and writing. You use a coaching leadership style and develop the business through the drive of the employees. Qualifications We are looking for you who have a post-secondary technical education or education relevant to the position. Managerial or other leadership experience such as project or supervisor is an advantage. We would like to see that you have a few years of professional experience of working with electricity distribution networks, but experience from other activities in electrical and automation technology is also valid. Technical competence combined with operational skills, pedagogical ability and social skills are important to thrive and succeed in the role. We assume that you have a B driving license and good computer skills. On-call duty may become relevant in the long term, when you and we are ready for it! What do you get with us?
