We are now looking for an operation and maintenance manager for Operation & Management Local Network. Today we are 12 employees who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of our local network, covering the voltage levels 0.4-20kV. We hope that you want to join us on our journey! About the role As an Operations and Maintenance Manager on local networks, you will be responsible for and project manage the operational work of planning and implementing operations and maintenance measures. Your main duties will include: - Responsible for planning, managing and carrying out maintenance on the local network, including inspection and clearance. - Managing and coordinating external contractors in the implementation of maintenance projects. - Participate in tenders and ensure that the right resources and competences are in place to meet the project requirements. - Act as the "spider in the web" and work closely with other internal departments to ensure an efficient and effective workflow. - Take an active role in liaising with customers, from private individuals to corporate clients, to ensure good service and effective communication. - Depending on the needs of the business, the position may involve being on call. Education and qualifications For the role, we look for the following qualifications: - Education in electrical and automation, electrical power, distribution or equivalent experience acquired through several years of practical work, for example as a fitter or senior fitter - Good computer skills - B driving license It is an advantage if you have: - Experience in project or work management in electricity or other infrastructure - Training as a distribution electrician - Previous experience of working with maintenance in the electricity network industry - Experience with GIS-NIS systems - C-driving license and scooter license Who are you?
