We are now looking for a project manager who wants to join our journey and together with us continue to develop Luleå's electricity grid for an electrified future. The project department within Luleå Energi Elnät is responsible for the execution of new investment and reinvestment projects. Our assignments range from new construction, reconstruction and extension of projects, for example, reinvestment of line networks and stations in local and regional networks and major connection projects for power customers. More about the role The role of project manager involves responsibility for projects for new construction, reconstruction and extension of the distribution network 40-130kV within Luleå Energi Elnät's concession area. You are responsible for delivering within the project framework regarding safety, quality, economy and time. Your main tasks are to develop tender documents, procure, evaluate tenders, contract and contract control together with our partners towards set goals. You will manage projects together with project members consisting of internal and external partners. In each assignment, the dialog with the business and your ability to deliver against the expected benefits is important. This means that you have a good ability to maintain and establish contact with internal employees, clients, authorities, landowners, partners and other stakeholders. The work also includes continuous follow-up of the work environment and reporting of project status to the project manager. Together with others in the organization, you lead planning, procurement, preparation of tender documents, implementation and financial management for your assigned projects from the project portfolio. Visits to workplaces on site take place continuously. Reporting regarding time, finances and risks is done according to our project model PPS. We work continuously with process and business development in order to meet the needs and demands of the future. In this development work, we see our project managers as important key players. Education and merits For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications: - Relevant post-secondary education with a focus on Electricity / Power - or equivalent acquired knowledge that is considered equivalent - Many years of documented experience in managing construction projects in the energy industry or other infrastructure - Good negotiation skills and is familiar with construction law, ABT06, AB04, ABK09. - Has solid experience and knowledge of AMA/MER and construction work environment coordination - Can express themselves well in Swedish and English, in both speech and writing - B-driving license is a requirement Who are you?
