We work with promotion and prevention efforts together with the units and have a focus on health, learning and development. Based on the units' unique needs, we organize support for all pre-school and primary school units. Local student health at the school unit is the heart of student health work, and the central student health functions at the Resource Center are tasked with supporting and strengthening this work. WORK DUTIES We are looking for a special educator for primary school activities who has competence in speech, language and communication. In your assignment, you have a focus on accessible and inclusive learning environments that are based on current research and proven experience. Work towards other school forms may be relevant. As a special educator at the Resource Center, you have independent and varied work. You are part of a competent and driven staff group and work in a resource team consisting of special educators and psychologists. You work in close cooperation with the principal and other student health professionals for the students' health, learning and development. You will be part of and drive development work from a health-promoting perspective at individual, group and organizational level. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • special education degree with further education in speech, language and communication It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of: • various development assignments within schools where the perspective has mainly been health promotion and prevention. • work with accessible learning environments • multilingualism • to manage networks • to supervise and lead change processes regarding individual educators as well as groups within educational development and support efforts at different levels The work requires good cooperation skills, structure, flexibility and responsiveness in an independent assignment. You are interested in both business development and a consultative way of working. It is important that you have good communication skills both verbally and in writing, that you enjoy taking initiative and responsibility and that you are a team player.
