WORK DUTIES The position as a teacher in an after-school center at Tunaskolan F-3 means working in a class or student group during the day and at leisure during the afternoons. As a teacher in an after-school center, you are responsible for running after-school activities, which means planning, developing and following up on the activities, both individually and together with your work team. The aim of the leisure activities is to create an environment that promotes security, social awareness and independence. Pupils are offered meaningful free time, which supports them in their development and encourages them to take their own initiative. QUALIFICATIONS You have a teaching license with authorization for leisure centers. It is desirable to have previous work experience in leisure activities or school and preschool, and that you are familiar with the leisure center's curriculum. We believe that you, the applicant, put energy into completing what you started and work according to a clear process. You have no problem standing up for your opinions and you can handle stress in a constructive way. You have a good ability to meet the needs of different students and you easily build trust with others. Even under pressure or setbacks, you usually have a good mood and you can easily step forward and create new relationships. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
