DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will have the important and meaningful task of providing support and service based on the unique needs of each user. You will be part of a committed team of different professions where we together create an everyday life filled with care and quality for the residents. The work as a care assistant / assistant nurse with us is varied, where you are responsible for personal care, mobilization, transfer, social support and medication management, adapted to each user's individual needs. In the Critical Care Unit, you will work with more advanced care, such as tracheostomy, tube feeding, advanced wound dressings and dialysis, giving you the opportunity to fully utilize your skills. Documentation is an important part of the job, and you will be responsible for accurately documenting according to the Social Services Act in the Combine system. You will work closely with the unit manager, nurses and rehabilitation team to support each user to reach their full potential, based on a person-centered approach. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, the applicant should: - have experience working in the professional field - have good digital skills - be able to show grades in Swedish equivalent to grade 9 It is an advantage if you are a trained assistant nurse and have experience of more advanced nursing tasks such as tracheostomy care, tube feeding, advanced wound dressing and dialysis, and have good knowledge of dementia care and palliative care.
