WORK TASKS We are now looking for you who want an interesting and developing position as a process manager in the skills supply area. In this role, you will have a central role in the growth work to get more people to move to Luleå, work closely with the education system and make it easier for employers to find skills. As a process manager, you will lead the team, about 10 people, towards set goals. The area of responsibility involves leading and coordinating the working group that works with skills supply. The role involves large and broad contact areas with, among others, the business community, universities and municipalities with the aim of creating a high level of collaboration and proactivity together regarding skills supply. The work is done in collaboration with other municipalities, authorities, universities and business at both strategic and operational levels. The role includes applying for and running externally funded projects. As a process manager, you do not have budgetary or personnel responsibility. The team works broadly with the skills supply area based on four strategic areas: analysis and coordination of skills needs, increasing labor supply and improving matching, the education system and skills attraction. Together with your team and in close collaboration with your manager, you will make Luleå visible as an attractive place to live and work from a skills supply perspective to contribute to increased population and increased growth. QUALIFICATIONS As a process manager, you have a high level of trust in those you work with, clarifying goals and expectations. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can build trusting relationships with all parts of the organization and external contacts. As a person, you are self-driven and promote innovation and new thinking. The many interfaces you will encounter in the role require you to be a good networker, collaborative and unpretentious. You have a trust-based leadership style and the ability to stimulate, engage and motivate your team to innovate and develop. We are looking for you who have: - Academic degree, or other education and experience deemed equivalent by the employer - Experience in leading development processes and projects - Experience of leadership - Can work fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and be able to give presentations to different target groups in an inspiring way. - B driving license We attach great importance to your personal qualities.
