The accommodation has four apartments and a common area. The position is full-time until further notice and you will work according to a schedule day, evening and weekend. WORK TASKS The tasks with us are varied and you start from the positive that exists in the person and in their environment and are an educational support in everyday life. You work with practical guidance and help to create opportunities for them to live an active life based on their own conditions. Together with the users, you carry out activities of daily living, such as cleaning, laundry, physical activities and nursing. You also accompany them on leisure activities according to their wishes. Implementation plans are used as an active working method and are developed based on the user's wishes and needs and are continuously evaluated. You should be able to work independently and realize the importance of documentation, follow-up and evaluation to achieve the goals of the activity. QUALIFICATIONS We believe that you have a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people with disabilities. Furthermore, the applicant should: - Be a trained support assistant or trained assistant nurse with relevant professional experience - Have good digital skills - Have good ability to understand, read, speak and write Swedish We see it as meritorious if: - You have experience of low-effective treatment - You have experience of working with Signs as support - You have experience of clarifying pedagogy As a person, you are confident, collaborative and structured.
