Your role As a Grid Analyst, you support the entire Mälarenergi Elnät with grid calculations, instructions and guidelines regarding grid analysis and in some cases disturbance analysis. You have deep knowledge of the functioning of the electric power system and are well versed in earth fault, short circuit and power calculations as well as various types of compensation, operation of non-directly earthed networks, connection of production and energy storage and power quality analyzes of our network. In the role of grid analyst, you will have a central position for the continued development of a future-proof electricity network. We are looking for you You should have a relevant technical academic education or equivalent experience in grid analysis. You have good experience of calculations and network simulation with computer support. You have in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the electric power system and you see yourself in a technical support role. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. Within the department there is the Operation & Maintenance unit, we are nine employees who together are responsible for ensuring that our network meets the requirements of laws and regulations and that the electricity we supply has the correct quality.
