Your role As a strategic buyer for Heat, you will have an exciting and developing role where you as expert support work in close collaboration with the Heat business area, especially with Production to ensure that we do good business. You have an important and central function with us that places high demands on your ability to monitor the business environment, obtain quotes and ensure that requirements are met. In your daily work, you will collaborate with your colleagues in purchasing, internal buyers and suppliers. Your main tasks - Support the business throughout the procurement process - Competitive tendering and negotiation with existing suppliers and search for new suppliers - Quality assurance that procurements in the Heat Production business area have the right requirements and conditions in the documents - Follow up the timeliness and outcome of the service agreements and that they are used to the extent intended or revised - Monitor invoices for ordered jobs and in case of deviations handle them against the supplier - Provide support and advice to colleagues in the Heating business area on purchasing and contractual issues You belong to the purchasing department organizationally and take the help of and have a dialogue with your purchasing colleagues regarding framework agreements and large purchases from them, but we see an advantage that you work closely with Värme's production. It is a varied job where you will follow the entire purchasing process from an operational perspective. We work according to the Mälarenergi Group's overall purchasing process and LUF (the Act on Procurement in the Utilities Sectors). Together with your colleagues in purchasing, you will ensure that overall goals are met, follow up on relevant metrics and report. You will also participate in the unit's development work, where it is important that you actively monitor the outside world so that we can develop and learn new things together in the purchasing department. We are looking for you You have experience of strategic purchasing work, are communicative and businesslike. You have the ability to set requirements and are not afraid to compete with our existing suppliers.
