Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Hero at MindDig, you will lead our mission of connecting top talent with innovative companies, supporting multiple clients at the same time. To succeed in this role, the ability to plan and structure your own work and keeping high activity will be important. This role is not just about recruitment; it’s about shaping the workforce of the future and playing a vital role in our journey towards a sustainable, net-zero future. In this role, you'll grow your expertise in rapidly evolving industries that are driving the green transition.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent for our clients, ensuring alignment with their mission and values - at a pace never seen.

  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with both potential candidates and key stakeholders in client organizations.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific talent needs.

  • Utilize data and market insights to find talents and shape MindDig marketing. 

  • Act as an ambassador of MindDig’s culture and values, ensuring a positive experience for clients and candidates.

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs comprehensively and provide effective talent solutions.

  • Stay ahead of talent sourcing trends and innovations, advising clients on best practices and continually improving our talent acquisition processes.

You:

  • Have proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with an interest in tech or sustainability-focused environments.

  • Hold a strong interest in recruitment methodologies and talent management.

  • Speak business proficient English, and preferably Swedish

  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client and candidate relationships. 

  • Possess great positive energy that enables our clients to fulfill their goals. 

  • Like to compete and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Are passionate about sustainability and eager to drive positive change across diverse industries.
