The explosives department at Nammo Raufoss is looking for a supervisor for one of our production areas. The department consists of 125 employees who produce ammunition and ammunition components.

Personnel responsibilities
You will have daily responsibility for 25 employees in your production area. This includes following up on shift schedules, recruitment and staffing in general. You will ensure that the employees have the right skills and continuously develop themselves further.
Production
You will be responsible for daily follow-up of production, local production and staffing planning, responsibility for inventories and productivity follow-up in your own unit. You will be a driving force for improvement work with a focus on LEAN.
Innovation
We have many established production processes with a wide range from manual operations to highly automated processes, you will be a driving force for continuous improvement work and the use of digital tools. The department will carry out several major projects over the next few years where you will influence the design of the changes.
