Nammo Raufoss is growing rapidly, and is in strong development as an organization. The production organization today consists of mechanical component production, explosives and ammunition production, rocket motor production, maintenance and testing. Due to the growth, Nammo Raufoss wants to divide the rocket engine department into several management areas.

The department currently has approximately 240 employees in total, and performs component production, insulation, fuel production and assembly for Nammo's products within rocket engines and aerospace.

The Production Manager will be responsible for the department's operations in the part of the department that does not handle energetic materials, with approx. 100 employees. This means personnel, health, environment and safety, as well as delivery precision, productivity and quality. You will have direct managerial responsibility for supervisors and process engineers.

It is important to us that the production manager is good at building a good working environment, but is also good at challenging their employees. Qualifications:

• Technical education in manufacturing, industrial economics, mechanical engineering or equivalent (master's, bachelor's or vocational school).
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of industrial production
• Good English skills, oral and written
