The position will provide good opportunities for professional development and collaboration across the organization, and be a shared position between CAD administration and design, with emphasis on CAD administration. The focus will be on running and maintaining our CAD system and assisting as a super user, while ensuring that the CAD system and the integration between CAD and PLM works optimally.

Main tasks:

CAD administration

• Assist as super user for our CAD users
• Operation, maintenance and application development for CAD and integration with PLM
• Administration of licenses
• Facilitate effective CAD/PLM strategy for future requirements
• Development and maintenance of system libraries

Design

• Product design of rocket, aerospace and/or munitions products
• Tool design associated with the products
• Configuration management
• Contribute to the department's continuous improvement processes and departmental activities
• The above tasks are mainly performed in collaboration with project teams to achieve a robust and sustainable design. The CAD system Siemens NX and Windchill PLM system are used and training is adapted as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master/siv.ing, bachelor/engineer or vocational school engineer in machine/design. Other technical education/experience may also be relevant.
• Working experience from CAD and PLM is positively emphasized
• Understanding in the use of GPS (Geometrical Product Specifications) is an advantage
• Good English skills
