Who are we?

Nammo is a cornerstone company in the industrial park at Raufoss with around 1300 employees. We are an international group that develops and manufactures the technological equipment of the future for civilian and military customers. We do this because, among other things, our social mission is to ensure that the soldiers who do an important job have access to the right equipment.

In our HR department with ten employees, you will have a varied workday in several areas of the HR profession. You will contribute with your digital expertise to further develop our Learning Management System. You will support the organization in its efforts to develop, simplify and professionalize our HR processes with a special focus on competence development. The organization represents a wide range of professional groups that have different needs to increase and further develop their skills.

Tasks:

  • Map critical and vulnerable competencies and create strategies to reduce risks associated with this

  • Develop courses for other departments using digital tools

  • Assist in course administration and implementation

  • Be a trainer on internal courses

  • Lead various projects in the department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or other relevant field

  • You have experience from competence development, preferably in large organizations and take independent responsibility for driving processes and projects forward

  • You have high competence in the use of digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems

  • You have good written and oral communication skills

  • You are confident in the role of leading others and dare to challenge established practices

  • You are creative and innovative

  • You are self-driven, but you also enjoy working with others

  • You are comfortable with public speaking
