In our HR department with eight employees, you will get a varied workday in several areas of the HR profession. You will help to further develop, simplify and professionalize our HR processes. With over 1,150 employees, we have a wide range of professional groups that have different needs for follow-up and assistance from HR.

We are now looking for an HR consultant who thrives in a dynamic environment, and who wants to work closely with both management and our employees. Tasks:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, preboarding and onboarding for new employees, in consultation with the company's management.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our HR systems
  • Assist in sick leave follow-up and personnel matters
  • Be a competent and good sparring partner for our managers in HR-related issues and tasks
  • Coordinate and perform ongoing administrative tasks related to the HR function


Qualifications:

  • Higher relevant education (relevant experience can compensate for this)
  • Good and broad knowledge of the field of HR
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations within the HR profession
  • Good digital skills in relevant systems
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
