The mechanical department at Nammo Raufoss has approx. 270 employees and is growing rapidly. The department produces components for ammunition and rocket engines, for both military and aerospace purposes. In terms of training, the mechanical department has its own company school dedicated to training, in addition to apprentices being placed in the workshop. The aim is to increase the number of apprentices in the coming years. With the large growth in the department, there is a great need to structure the training of future skilled workers and further development of our own employees. We are therefore looking for training coordinators who can follow up and organize the internal training, as well as assist in recruitment work.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of technical subjects
• Pedagogical skills
• Good Norwegian skills, both written and oral
