The explosives department at Nammo Raufoss AS is a leading player in the production of energetic materials and the assembly of ammunition and shoulder-fired weapons. We produce ammunition components, shoulder-fired rocket systems and finished ammunition for military use. The department consists of 140 employees, and the process department has 20 engineers with different backgrounds and experience. Our engineers play a key role in the development of the department, and you will work closely with both internal and external partners.

We are looking for structured and committed engineers who want to contribute to the further development of our processes. As part of the group, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and robust production, with a focus on improvements, quality and HSE. Tasks

• Development and improvement of production processes, production documentation and work descriptions

• Follow-up and treatment of deviations in production and product

• Responsibility for new improvement projects to ensure that Nammo maintains its position as a supplier of world-class defense products
  
  

Qualifications

• You have an engineering degree in mechanical, electrical/automation or production engineering

• Good technical understanding, experience in production, continuous improvement work and project work is an advantage
