Nammo Raufoss is growing rapidly, and is in strong development as an organization. The production organization today consists of mechanical component production, explosives and ammunition production, rocket engine production, maintenance and testing. We are now establishing a new factory facility at Raufoss for component production for our products. The factory facility is 13,000 m2, as well as an associated administration building. We are now looking for a production manager who will be the top manager in this factory facility.

The production manager will be responsible for the department's operations. That is, personnel, health, environment and safety, as well as delivery precision, productivity and quality. You will have managerial responsibility for the factory's employees. Until the completion of this facility, the production manager will be closely involved in building an organization to ensure efficient operations.

It is important for us that the production manager is good at building a good working environment, but is also good at challenging his employees. We want you to be curious and creative about how you can improve the department's ability to deliver on customer expectations, and manage to make these improvements work in everyday life.

Qualifications:

• Technical education in manufacturing, industrial economics, mechanical engineering or equivalent (master's, bachelor's or vocational school)
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of industrial production
• Good English skills, oral and written
