About the role

You will be part of a department consisting of 30 professionally skilled quality assurance engineers. We are organized in different project teams where we are responsible for the quality assurance of one or more products throughout their life cycle. We work together to improve the department's work processes and drive improvement work.


Your tasks will include:

  • Quality planning and project participation in all stages of the development and production phase
  • Dialogue with customers' quality assurance personnel
  • Product follow-up and certification
  • Establish and review project-specific documents and technical documentation
  • Deviation management, root cause analysis and responsibility for follow-up of preventive and corrective actions


Who are you?

We are looking for you who have an education in technical subjects. If you do not have a technical education, you may have experience that you think is relevant to this role. The position will be a good fit for both graduates and seniors with longer experience.


We also expect you to have:

  • Knowledge of quality assurance tools such as FMEA, MSA and SPS, as well as deviation management
  • 8D with associated tools Ishikawa and 5Why.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards such as ISO9001, AS9100 and AQAP2110
  • Good written and oral skills in Norwegian and English
  • Knowledge of production processes is an advantage
