Nammo Raufoss AS is looking for a team leader for the quality assurance department of Aerospace Propulsion (AP). The department currently consists of 20 employees who work towards production zones, production projects and development projects belonging to the business area Aerospace Propulsion. Nammo Raufoss AS is in great growth, and we are therefore looking for a committed group leader who will mainly have management, improvement and quality work as their main areas of responsibility.

The position will provide good opportunities for personal and professional development in an international company in great growth. The group leader reports to the Quality Assurance Manager AP.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Develop common working methods across the organization
• Contribute to the quality professional development of employees at Nammo Raufoss
• Competence follow-up and development of employees in the department

• Contribute to continuous improvement processes
• Personal responsibility and management of the department in collaboration with the QA Manager

Qualifications

• Higher education in production-related subjects is an advantage. Other relevant education/experience may also be relevant
• Professional expertise in quality assurance work
• Experience from manufacturing operations is an advantage
• Belief in Lean Six Sigma methodology is desirable
