In Nammo, we have about 40 quality assurance engineers, divided into two departments. We work with quality assurance in projects related to both development and production. As a quality assurance engineer with us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference through your contribution to the quality work in the company, while at the same time you will be responsible for quality follow-up in one or more delivery and development projects. Our quality assurance engineers follow the products closely throughout the entire process - from the concept phase to series production.

We are looking for candidates for the following roles:

Quality Assurance Engineer - Project QA Development

Ensure that quality requirements are taken care of in development projects from concept to finished product, as well as ensure that we develop robust products

Quality Assurance Engineer - Project QA Serial Production

Follow up our qualified products, and ensure that these meet the technical requirements set for the product, as well as certify the products before delivery.

Quality Assurance Engineer - Production

Assist in increasing the understanding of quality in our production environments and support our quality assurance processes in these areas.

Responsibilities:

Our Quality Assurance Engineers play an important role in ensuring that quality requirements are met throughout the value chain. You will work closely with the relevant departments at Nammo Raufoss to ensure robust processes and continuous improvement.

Your tasks will include:

• Support and quality assure activities in line with Nammo's management system
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including AS9100
• Identify and risk assess quality challenges
• Initiate and lead improvement and streamlining projects
• Establish and review project-specific documents and technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with production, projects and suppliers to ensure quality at all stages

We are looking for you who:

• Passionate about the quality profession, with expertise and experience from quality assurance in different parts of the value chain
• Have a higher education in technical subjects, engineering or equivalent relevant experience, graduates are encouraged to apply
• Have experience with quality assurance in industrial production, development projects or the defense industry
• Has knowledge of AS9100 or other quality standards
• Has experience with quality tools and process improvement
• Enjoys collaborating across disciplines and has strong communication skills
• Is analytical, structured and solution-oriented
