Due to an increased volume of assignments with new development programs, we want more skilled employees for our development departments. We solve tasks for the business units Aerospace Propulsion, Large Caliber Systems and Small and Medium Caliber Ammunition. For these departments, we are now looking for curious and willing-to-learn development engineers in testing who will follow the products closely from concept phase to finished qualified product. The positions offer varied and exciting challenges across different disciplines and areas of responsibility.

Tasks

As a development engineer, you will work with test methodology and evaluation of results from testing advanced products under demanding conditions. You will be part of a professional team, working closely with system engineers and project managers to develop methodologies and test setups that meet product requirements. You will analyze measurement data and present this to the project and customer. You will also provide project support to our development and production projects - before, during and after testing.

Qualifications:

  • Fagskole/Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering.
  • Relevant experience in testing and project work is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of signal processing
  • Knowledge of risk assessment
  • Good communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
