The explosives department at Nammo Raufoss AS consists of 140 employees. The department produces energetic materials, ammunition components, shoulder fired rocket systems and finished ammunition for military use.

We need dedicated operators who want to take part in the production of high-tech products. For the right person, we can offer varied and independent tasks in a good working environment.

We have over 100 different production processes that over time give the employee varied tasks and the opportunity to gain a broad experience in an exciting field. Education and qualifications:

• A certificate in production engineering or relevant background
• Good ability to acquire new knowledge
• Dedicated, accurate and reliable
• Desirable with experience from goods-producing production
• Good computer skills
• Focus on HSE, quality and continuous improvement work (LEAN, 5S, SMED)
