Nammo Raufoss is growing rapidly by the day and is looking for more committed employees. Design Engineering is one of five R&D departments under the Aerospace Propulsion (AP) business area. The department has over 50 skilled design engineers and is now looking for a confidence-building leader who promotes good employeeship. The position reports to the Director R&D, and is part of the R&D AP management team.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Organizational planning and resource planning
• Personnel and financial responsibility for the department
• Follow-up and reporting on KPIs
• Professional guidance, management support and training
• Development of working methods and collaboration with other departments
• Drive continuous improvement work in the department and through R & D's management team

Qualifications:

• MSc or BSc in relevant technical field. Other relevant education/experience can be considered
• Experience and/or interest in leading and developing employees
• Experience from product development, production and technical management is desirable
• Good English skills and communication skills
