The mechanical department is growing rapidly and needs to strengthen its workforce with operators who have a trade certificate or other relevant experience.

Significant investments have been made in the mechanical department in recent years and there are plans for significant further development in the coming years.

Our need applies to several areas in the department as we supply components to our internal customers within rocket engines and space, as well as for large caliber and medium caliber ammunition.

As an operator with us, you will be part of an active team where focus on deliveries according to production plans, increased productivity, improvement work and goal achievement are on the agenda every single day.

The department has vacancies in the following areas:

• Press/Forming
• Line-based surface treatment
• CNC multi-spindle machines
• Toolmaker / CNC machining
• Hardening/Heat treatment
• Automated welding
• Space

Main tasks:

• Operate our production equipment according to work instructions
• Follow up on the quality of work performed using CMM / Measuring machine and SPS registration
• Report OEE figures, quality status and productivity figures in team meetings
• Be active in improvement work and ensure that the team improves its productivity
• Contribute to the team's achievement of KPI targets and deliveries according to set plans

Desired qualifications:

• Experience with Lean and improvement work
• Good knowledge of programming CNC machines
• Professional certificate or other relevant experience aimed at the needs of the department
• Good English skills, written and spoken
