Are you the one?

The rocket engine department at Nammo Raufoss is looking for committed supervisors for two of our production areas. The entire department consists of 210 employees who produce components and parts for finished rocket engines for both military and civilian purposes. We work closely with the design department and other development environments.

Personnel responsibility

You have day-to-day responsibility for around 30 employees in your production area. This includes following up shift schedules, recruitment and staffing in general. Establishing training plans for each employee is a priority area throughout the company, and performance reviews to map employees' skills are an important part of this work.

Production

You will be involved in initiating the need for investments and implementing projects until production is up and running in your own area. Furthermore, follow-up of production plans and production equipment will be an important part of the role.

Innovation

As a supervisor, you will be part of an innovative and growing environment. You will participate in all development processes that affect your area and you will manage the activities to be carried out. You will adopt new technology, and in close collaboration with process engineers and operators, automation and improvement of current processes will be a natural part of everyday life.
