Our HR department currently consists of 9 dedicated employees who have varied working days. With close to 1,300 employees, the department has many exciting tasks ahead. As an HR consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and efficient recruitment process. At the same time, you will be responsible for building our Employer Brand and making Nammo visible as an attractive employer.
Tasks:
Assist Nammo managers as an advisor and facilitator in the recruitment process
Participate in all phases of the recruitment process when needed
Develop good campaigns for profiling our positions
Participate in meeting places to build networks and make Nammo visible as a workplace
Initiate and participate in development projects within HR and organizational development
Qualifications:
You have relevant experience from conducting recruitment processes
It is an advantage if you have a higher education in HR, communication, organizational development or similar
You have a clear oral and written presentation, and you convey your message in a simple and understandable way
You understand that recruitment is a demanding task and an important investment for the company
You have a good understanding of the use of digital marketing
