Are you ready to become the heart of our Civil North operations for our Umeå office? As our Administrator, you will have a central and versatile role where you support our managers and ensure that everything in the office runs smoothly. Your role is broad and varied, with many contacts both internally and externally.

The role of administrator includes:

• Financial administration, handling customer/supplier invoices.
• Project notifications.
• HR administration in connection with employment and termination of employment for professional employees.
• Our local super user and administrator in some of our systems.
• Responsible for purchasing and sometimes coordination and preparation of internal and external meetings
• Office responsibilities, keeping the office tidy, ordering office supplies, dealing with mail and emails, receiving visitors - and other tasks as required in the office.

You will work independently with ongoing tasks, but since a lot is happening within NCC right now, your tasks can change over time and be adapted to the needs of the business and the managers. In Umeå, we are about 80 employees within Civil North, and within the department there is another colleague in administration who supports in Sundsvall and one in Skellefteå.

Your profile as an Administrator
We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education and a few years of experience from a similar role and tasks. You are a master of the entire Office 365 and have good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

About the Civil North Department
The Civil North department operates in land and construction from design and construction to production and maintenance in infrastructure, civil engineering and service in, among other things, land and water works. Our operations extend from Kiruna in the north to Sundsvall in the south, including Värmland.

This position is located at our office in Umeå, and we see that a B-driving license is required for the position. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
