Now we are looking for an Area Assist at NCC Industry Asfalt, in our world it is a production-related administrator who supports the business with many different tasks, large and small. The location is on Hakegatan in Malmö but you will support the business in southern Skåne, from Ystad to Malmö. The role of Area Assist (administrator)
As an Area Assist with us, you are offered a great variety and breadth of tasks, where your main task will be to support our managers and employees in production. The role includes payroll administration for about 25 employees, where you will be responsible for payroll, expense accounting and other payroll administration tasks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for controlling and managing invoices such as customer, supplier and credit invoices, but also compiling financial data, producing statistics, etc. It also includes receiving customer calls, preparing meetings, writing minutes, handling various documentation, making presentations, ordering office supplies, etc.

We are looking for a qualified administrator who wants to make an impact and become an important player in our business.

Your profile

We see that you have an education of at least upper secondary level. You have good experience of independent administrative work, where work with salaries and agreements is a requirement, preferably in the construction industry and the Road & Rail Agreement. Furthermore, you have very good computer skills and knowledge of Office365. We also see that you have worked with financial management, accounting and posting.

You enjoy working independently but also in a team, taking responsibility and own initiatives. As you will have large contact areas both within the business and with external contacts, it is important that you enjoy creating good relationships with different types of people and that you have the ability to adapt to new situations. We work in a seasonal business where the pace varies, which can affect the amount of work.

B driving license is a plus.
