NCC is increasing its market share of blasting work in eastern Sweden, which means that we must strengthen our rock group with competent and experienced employees. NCC Industry Berggrupp currently consists of approximately 75 employees. The group has 35 drilling rigs and operations are conducted from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north. We are one of Sweden's largest above-ground blasting teams.
The role with us
As a blaster, your tasks will be to plan, perform, document and be responsible for small and large blasts both on contracts and in quarries. You will work in a large geographical area, mainly in Mälardalen. You will often be our public face and therefore it is important that you, as a person, have a natural ability to nurture relationships with our customers and suppliers. You will be given the opportunity for development and technology to ensure that together we will continue to be a leader in quality, performance and the environment.
You have a basic course in blasting technology, and it is meritorious if you have any further training in the field. We would like to see that you have been a responsible blaster on some construction projects. Even if you have less experience but a strong interest in the profession, you may be the one we are looking for. Computer skills and a B driving license are a requirement.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, likes to work in a team and puts safety first. You understand the importance of your contribution to a successful outcome. Promoting a good working environment is a matter of course for you.
The position is a permanent full-time position, probationary period may be applied. The main geographical area is Mälardalen, so we would like you to live in this area.
