NCC is increasing its market share of blasting work in northern Sweden, which means that we urgently need to strengthen our rock group with competent and experienced employees.

NCC Industry Berggrupp currently consists of approximately 75 employees. The group has 40 drilling rigs and operations are conducted from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north. We are one of Sweden's largest blasting teams above ground.

Here are your new challenges
The work as a blaster means that you independently plan, perform, document and are responsible for above-ground blasting in both quarries and on contract work. As a blaster, you are an important piece of the puzzle in our efforts to maintain our position as the leading supplier in terms of quality, performance and environment. You will often be our public face and therefore it is important that you, as a person, have a natural ability to nurture relationships with our customers and suppliers. The main geographical areas are Västernorrland, Västerbotten and Norrbotten. So we would like you to live in this area.

You are a responsible and self-driven person who enjoys independently driving your work forward. You understand the importance of your input for a successful outcome. Promoting a good working environment and putting safety first is a matter of course for you.
