NCC Industry Berggrupp currently consists of approximately 75 employees. The group has 35 drilling rigs and operations are conducted from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north. We are one of Sweden's largest surface blasting teams.
The role with us
As a blaster, your tasks will be to plan, perform, document and be responsible for small and large blasts both on construction sites and in quarries. You will work in a large geographical area, mainly in Norr & Västerbotten. You will often be our face outward and therefore it is important that you, as a person, have a natural ability to nurture relationships with our customers and suppliers. You will be given the opportunity for development and technology to ensure that together we will continue to be a leader in quality,
performance and environment.
Explosives license A is a preference or equivalent knowledge through work life and it is meritorious if you have any additional training in the field. We would like to see that you have been a responsible blaster on some construction projects. Computer skills and B driving license are also a requirement.
Your qualities
We are looking for someone who is responsible, likes to work in a team and puts safety first. You understand the importance of your contribution to a successful outcome. Promoting a good working environment is a matter of course for you.
The position is a permanent full-time position, we always apply probationary employment. The main geographical area is Jämtland and Västernorrland, but other areas may also be considered.
