The role of in-house lawyer
As in-house lawyer, you are a valued support to the entire business area and your role includes providing legal support to our projects and line managers, primarily in construction law, commercial agreements and public procurement. In your assignment, you will face a variety of challenges and you will be involved in all parts of the business, i.e. everything from tender work, risk management, review and negotiation of contracts to ongoing advice during the project and handling of disputes.
Your duties also include holding internal training for the line organization. We are looking for you who have a law degree and a few years of work experience, preferably from a law firm or as a company lawyer in the construction industry. Experience of working in construction and procurement law is essential. Notarial experience is an advantage. To succeed in the role, it is important that you thrive on independently managing and prioritizing your work and handling a wide variety of issues in different legal areas where you become an integral part of the business processes.
