The position of Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility. We work in teams where your role in the team is to engage and motivate through participation.    

In collaboration with the site manager, you plan and lead the projects forward, follow up schedules, allocate resources, document the daily work and ensure that we keep what we promise. You actively participate in the technical and financial implementation of the project and manage and distribute the ongoing work. You will participate in the development of schedules, coordinate your own activities and carry out work preparations together with other team members. In your role, you work closely with a site manager, which means that you continuously develop in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility.

About Civil North

Our Civil North department works with land, civil engineering and infrastructure projects. We are about 500 dedicated employees who are divided into nine production manager groups within our geography Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Jämtland and Värmland.

Your profile as a Supervisor

We are looking for you who have a construction engineering education from a university, college or YH education or several years of work experience from industrial or construction projects. We welcome both those with longer experience in the industry and those who are less experienced but with relevant education and a desire to develop.

• The position is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
• Location within Norrbotten and varies depending on where the projects are, initially mainly in Malmfälten
• B driving license is a requirement for the position
• You master Swedish and English in speech and writing
