An operational role with the aim of attracting our new employees 

Do you want to be involved in telling our future colleagues and students how we work at NCC and what fantastic projects we are building in the Gothenburg region? For example, the West Link, Centralen, Korsvägen, Park Central and Habitat 7 to name a few.

So says Dennis, who currently has the role of EB specialist but who is moving into a temporary position in another role at NCC."

Organizationally, you belong to the Competence Supply group, which consists of eight people who are all passionate about developing our work to attract and find tomorrow's new NCC employees. We are a group of specialists in the areas of EB, Recruitment and Diversity who work closely with each other and are happy to share our knowledge and experience. Your role is to support our four departments in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. 

The position as Employer Branding Specialist 

Your overall role is to reach out in various ways to our future employees, whether it is to those who have work experience or students, with information about NCC's business, what values we stand for and what we want with our business.  

You will reach students by organizing various events at our colleges and universities in the Gothenburg area, but also by inviting them to mingle events, study visits and lectures at our new, beautiful office in Gothenburg, both during the day and in the evening. This means that you work closely with our upper secondary schools, colleges and universities in Västra Götaland. 

You are also responsible for NCC's joint introduction day in Gothenburg. You approach the more experienced target group mainly by being visible on various social media, via marketing and mobile media, but also in connection with special external events. This work is done in close collaboration with your local HR partners, Recruiters and Communicators. 

Your Profile 

You have a university degree with a focus on HR, marketing or communication and have worked with Employer Branding via social media and events. It is an operational role and suits you who like to organize and coordinate events, create networks and who want to develop in Employer Branding. Therefore, it is important that you can work both independently and in teams with the ability to prioritize, drive and complete assignments in a systematic way.  

You are our face, have the ability to build relationships and understand the importance of being a good representative of NCC. 

Further information  

The position is a temporary position until September 2026. You are based in our office in Gothenburg, travel may occur in the service. Driving license is a requirement as our offices and projects are located in different locations. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
